To verify your account: 1) Complete your profile with accurate information, 2) Upload a valid government-issued ID, 3) For farmers, provide proof of farm ownership or lease agreement, 4) Add a verified phone number. Verified accounts receive a blue checkmark badge and get priority in search results.

Absolutely! Many of our users operate as both farmers and buyers. You can enable dual-role functionality in your account settings. This allows you to list products for sale while also purchasing from other farmers. Each role has its own dashboard and transaction history for easy management.

To reset your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your registered email address, and check your inbox for a reset link. The link expires in 24 hours for security. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team for assistance.

We're sorry to see you go! To delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note that all pending transactions must be completed or cancelled first. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data, transaction history, and reviews. Consider downloading your data before proceeding.

From your farmer dashboard, click "Add New Listing." Enter product details including name, category, description, quantity available, price per unit, and high-quality photos. Specify harvest date, certifications (organic, non-GMO), storage requirements, and available delivery options. Complete listings with all details get 3x more buyer interest!

DiGiFaMaR™ operates on a transparent fee structure: Listing is FREE. We charge an Amin only on completed sales. Payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) apply. Premium features like promoted listings and analytics are available with our Pro subscription. There are no hidden fees, and you always see your net earnings before accepting orders.

Once the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction, funds are released from escrow to your DiGiFaMaR™ wallet within 24-48 hours. You can withdraw to your bank account (2-3 business days) or keep funds in your wallet for faster future transactions. We support direct deposit to all major US banks.

Absolutely! We have dedicated categories for organic, non-GMO, heirloom, and specialty products. Upload your USDA Organic certification or other relevant documentation to earn verified badges on your listings. Certified products typically command 20-40% higher prices and appear in premium search results for discerning buyers.

Using geolocation, DiGiFaMaR™ automatically connects buyers with farmers in their area. This allows many orders to be delivered within 24 hours while supporting local agriculture. Shipping options vary by seller and product type. Options include: Local Pickup (free, collect from farm), Standard Delivery (3-5 days), Express Delivery (1-2 days), and Same-Day/24-Hour Delivery (for local orders, depending on proximity and farmer availability). For perishables, we partner with cold-chain logistics providers to ensure freshness.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. Track your delivery in real-time through your DigiFamar dashboard or mobile app. You'll see updates from farm preparation through delivery, including estimated arrival times and driver location for local deliveries.

Perishable items are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs or dry ice as needed. Our logistics partners maintain temperature-controlled vehicles for cold chain integrity. Sellers follow strict packaging guidelines, and delivery is prioritized to minimize transit time. For highly perishable items, we recommend express or same-day delivery options.

Contact our support team immediately if your delivery is significantly delayed or missing. We'll investigate with the carrier and seller. For verified late deliveries affecting product quality, you may be eligible for partial or full refunds. Our Delivery Guarantee covers delays beyond 48 hours of the estimated delivery window.
