Refunds depend on the agreed terms between buyer and farmer. If delivery does not occur or goods do not match the agreement, buyers may request a refund before escrow funds are released.
If the farmer fails to deliver the produce within the agreed timeframe, buyers are eligible for a full refund through the escrow system.
If the delivered goods do not match the listing description or agreed terms, buyers may request a refund before funds are released.
If produce arrives damaged or in poor quality, buyers should document the issue and contact support to initiate the refund process.
Important: Refunds can only be processed before escrow funds are released to the farmer. Once delivery is confirmed, funds are released and refund requests must be handled directly between buyer and farmer.
